BS03 is available for exclusive and private use by you and twenty three of your guests for a total of 24, double occupancy.

Guests may choose to stay in their own private 10,000-square-foot Manor House on the crest of a hill, or a thatched-roof Beach House far from sight and sound of another human being. Or they may select one of two Guest Villas with two bedrooms, private outdoor Jacuzzis and beaches or a five-bedroom Beachside Villa. The staff of BS03 prepare sumptuous cuisine, which may include seafood caught within hours of your meal. Their chef will work with you in creating menus for your personal taste.

The Landings is perfect for high-level business conferences or board of directors meetings. The main dining room sets up perfectly for board meetings. You may choose either elegant inside dining or the option to adjourn to Coconut Beach for casual poolside dining under a thatched-roof lounge area. BS03 is a perfect getaway for a focused, relaxed, and private high-level meeting venue.

In addition, for those who need to check-in with the outside world during their stay, a full service guest office including telephone, telefax and e-mail access is available for use by guests in "The Landings".

BS03 is located 85 miles southeast of Nassau. It is a 40 minute flight from Miami or a three-hour flight from New York or Chicago by commercial or private jet to nearby Mosstown, Great Exuma. From Great Exuma, it is a 15 minute charter flight to Musha's 2200 foot private runway.

Spring and summer temperatures average a high of 82° and a low of 77°. Fall and winter temperatures average 81° and 70°.

Rates

Rates are all-inclusive, including all meals, wines, liquors and unlimited usage of all island amenities. The only other charges are for any special requests and a 5% service charge, which covers Bahamian room tax and staff gratuities. International telephone service will be billed separately. Three night minimum. Rates are subject to change. Note: There is a no-cash tipping policy at BS03.
