"MX03" is a luxurious 7-bedroom/9-bathroom 22,000sqft vacation rental villa (accommodates 14 guests) situated in a beautifully landscaped, 2-acre beachfront estate within the private, gated Punta de Mita community 26 miles southeast of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

MX03 has a full-time staff comprised of nine people; A General Manager who is fluent in English, a Butler/Driver/Night Manager who is on-site 24 hours a day, Chef, Breakfast Cook/Nanny, two Housekeepers and two Gardeners. PALMASOLA Located in an open air pavilion immediately adjacent to the pool, this terrific setting can't help but be a favored spot where up to 14 guests can enjoy memorable gourmet meals. There are two roof terraces, one above the family room that seats 2-24 people, and the other sits above the Master Residence terrace off the study and seats 2-4 quests. Both roof terraces are also ideal for nighttime star gazing. You can also have a romantic dinner for two (or up to 8 people) at the Pool Pavilion, which is a wonderful open-air retreat just steps from MX03's pool and offers stunning beach views.

The circular family/media room has a full media center which includes projection screen, DVD,VHS in one part of the room and a DVD in the rear of the room for children. It also includes a full stereo system including CD player, iPod dock, Satellite TV music channels, PC with iTunes storing over 6,000 songs and play lists. There are speakers located throughout the estate.

The gym is home to fitness gear, while two PC's, fax/printer/copier keep you connected to the outside world if by chance you ever feel the need.

A highlight of the estate is the 200-foot-long infinity edge heated pool with pool fence available for child safety. Adjacent to the pool sits a Jacuzzi with outdoor couch - an ideal hangout space for parents and children.

If you are inspired by the surrondings and don't feel like lounging around you can partake in a multitude of activities including snorkeling, beach combing, kayaking, beach volleyball, badminton. Other amenities can be arranged on-site like spa appointments and musical entertainment. You also have full access to all of the Four Seasons Punta Mita amenities including the spa, restaurants, Children's Center, Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, tennis court, Concierge Services and all water sports.

Located on Punta Mita's most pristine beach, the Master Residence has three bedrooms. The upper floor consists of the Master Bedroom with king size bed. Also on this level is a study complete with wireless laptop and docking station, seating area for meetings, satellite TV and DVD, and stereo, and you can't forget the Master terrace with Jacuzzi, romantic table and private daybed. There are two bedrooms on the ground level, plus a living room and small kitchenette between them. One bedroom and bath is wheelchair friendly and both bedrooms work well for children.

The guest residence has four bedrooms, with two on each floor. The top floor bedrooms both have king size beds and private baths. One of the top floor bedrooms has a private outdoor terrace with a outside shower, table and chairs. The two ground floor bedrooms each have king size beds and private baths and one has a private outdoor terrace. To complete this residence there are two living rooms with kitchenettes on each floor.

Rates

There is a seven night minimum stay during the Winter and Holiday periods. Goverment taxes are additional. A deposit of 10% is due upon booking, 40% is due 180 days prior to arrival, 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival, and a additional 20% security deposit is also due 60 days prior. All rates are subject to 15% Value Added Tax and 2% Lodging Tax incurred by the Mexican goverment.
