"MX02" features two haciendas - a main residence and a guest residence. Together, they provide more than 19,000-sqft of indoor living space. A third residence serves as the House Manager's quarters and office. Occupying nearly three prime acres, the two haciendas comfortably accommodate a maximum of 18 adults or 20 total guests, including young children. The estate is located on the beach in the Ranchos Estates neighborhood of Punta Mita, Mexico's premier gated community and resort destination. For our guests' security and peace of mind, the enclave has two guard-monitored entrances and MX02 has electronically operated gates. The enclave and the community are monitored 24 hours a day and there is also a beach patrol. MX02 employs a full time staff of ten including a personal chef, wait staff and manager on site 24 hours. The estate has three separate infinity swimming pools in an "aqua courtyard" on two levels, each that overlook the Bay of Banderas. The pools feature an electronic monitoring device for each child. For added peace of mind nannies and lifeguards are available upon request for a fee. The haciendas and much of the grounds are wheelchair friendly. There is a state-of-the-art sound system in the entertainment and dining areas.

"MX02" Property Detail:

Secluded in a lush jungle on the shores of the Bay of Banderas, MX02 is an extraordinary gated retreat. Designed by notable Mexican architect, Diego Villasenor and built by Alejandro Quintanilla, premier contractor for luxury resort homes in Mexico, its two beautifully appointed haciendas are spacious, luxurious and truly unique. Between both haciendas there are nine bedrooms, each with spacious bathrooms. "MX02" employs a fulltime staff of ten including a personal chef, wait staff and manager on site 24 hours. The magnificent retreat has its own electronically controlled gates and 24-hour security on and off property. Ranchos Estates also has a guard-monitored private entrance and there is a beach patrol.

Main Hacienda:

• A 5-bedroom, two-story, 11,300-square-foot masterpiece situated on the beach overlooking Banderas Bay.

• Guests enjoy three separate infinity swimming pools on two different levels. The pool at the Beach Pavilion has a Jacuzzi inside the pool.

• The covered rooftop patio atop the Master Suite has a large day bed and presents a private space to relax and enjoy the view of the Bay of Banderas.

• A spacious kitchen is where MX02’ personal chef does his culinary magic.

Guest Hacienda:

• Spanish for butterfly, Mariposa features four beautifully appointed bedroom suites with full baths and outdoor showers on the lower level bedrooms.

• More than 3,000-square-feet of living space makes for a comfortable stay.

• Two outdoor lounging areas are atop the roof and are ideal for sunbathing and stargazing.

• Enjoy a cozy covered patio with a day bed that is perfect for napping, lounging.

Both haciendas provide high-speed Internet access, while the Vonage phone system allows for convenient calls to and from North America.

Great Gathering Places:

• The Beach Pavilion has a trellised seating area, outdoor grill, pool loungers, dining area, and a bar area and fireplace located steps from the beach.

• The Living Room Pavilion overlooks the cascading infinity pools, the Bay of Banderas and the mountains in the distance.

• The Dining Room Pavilion serves up delicious Bay of Banderas views.

• The Media Room is a wonderful spot to gather and watch the latest movies or favorite programs on a 72” high definition LCD satellite TV.

• An air-conditioned Workout Room is set up with a host of fitness equipment.

Guest Services:

• Nannies, a massage therapist, a yoga instructor, a manicurist, a surf instructor, snorkeling and dive instructors, and tour guides are available upon request.

• Activities such as horseback riding, canopy rides, shopping in local markets, Spanish language lessons and party planning for special events can all be arranged.

• The estate provides two vehicles and drivers for local outings around Punta de Mita. Travel to and from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport is provided.

• Shuttle transportation to Puerto Vallarta for shopping and dining can also be arranged for a fee.

• Guests enjoy daily housekeeping and nightly turndown service.

• 18 adults (over 18 years old) and no more than 20 guests including children

• Guests are subject to the rules and regulations of the Ranchos Estates Homeowners Association

• All outside guests must be approved by the Resident Manager for day visits

• Smoking is not allowed inside the enclosed buildings and their rooms

• Pets are not allowed without written permission

• Mexican law prevails

• Guests waive liability claims against the owner of MX02

• Fees to cover damages to MX02 will be deducted from the security deposit.
